Do you require a deposit to start a project?

Yes, every project requires a deposit. The deposit locks you into our calendar and confirms your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for payments. You pay with all major cards. Cash is not accepted.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Four payments, billed every two weeks.

Are there extra costs I should know about?

Yes. Examples include out-of-scope revisions, paid stock images, rush delivery, printing, and production not covered in the package. All potential fees appear in your contract.

Do you charge for revisions beyond what’s included?

Yes. Extra revisions are billed at AUD 90 each.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Final invoices are due within 7 days before launch. More than 10 days overdue results in loss of the one month of free email support included in your package.

Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable because they secure calendar space and cover initial work.

Do you provide invoices and receipts?

Yes. Stripe issues invoices and receipts. Copies also live in our client portal.

Do you charge late fees?

No late fees at the moment.

Do you offer discounts for paying in full?

No discounts for paying in full.

Is hosting included in the price?

Yes. Every website package includes one month of free hosting. Ongoing hosting is billed separately.

Is branding included in the website price?

No. Branding is a separate service with its own package. Learn more about our brand identity services.

Do you charge separately for add-ons or plugins?

Yes. Premium add-ons or plugins are charged separately when not included in your package. We try to find free alternatives. If none suit or you choose a premium option, you cover the cost.

How do you price eCommerce websites compared to standard sites?

eCommerce projects cost more than standard sites due to larger scope and build time. Timelines also run longer. See our eCommerce website services for full inclusions.

Do you charge for consultations?

No. Consultations are free.

Do you offer packages or only custom pricing?

We offer three-tier packages. Your proposal outlines each tier so you choose the option which fits your needs and budget.

Do you charge for training on how to use the website?

No. Training is free. We show you how to update, maintain, and manage your website.

What is the cost for updates after the website is finished?

Updates after launch are billed at AUD 90 per hour.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

Yes. A minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed quote applies.
