Is hosting included with my website?

Yes. Every website package includes one month of free hosting. After that, choose monthly or yearly hosting. Hosting includes daily backups and support. On a hosting package, we handle updates and maintenance. Without hosting, updates are AUD 90 per hour. View our hosting plans.

Do you back up my website?

Yes. On our hosting plans we run daily backups of your files and database. We keep multiple restore points so we can roll back fast if something goes wrong. Not on a plan? We can set up backups for a fee.

What happens if my website goes down?

We start working on it straight away and continue until it is fixed so your site is back online as soon as possible.

Do you provide domain registration?

Some hosting plans include domain registration and renewal. If your plan does not include domains, we can quote it as an extra. If domains are not included, you are responsible for renewing on time to avoid losing access to your site, emails, or backups.

Can you migrate my existing website to your hosting?

Yes. We handle migration and technical setup so your site keeps running smoothly. This applies when you book one of our website packages.

Do you host websites built by other designers?

No. We only host websites we have created so we can guarantee performance, security, and support quality. See our website packages.

Do you manage domain renewals for me?

Yes, if your plan includes domain costs we manage renewals for you. If domains are not included, you renew them yourself.

Do you provide SSL certificates (https)?

Yes. All hosting plans include SSL so your site loads over https.

Do you update WordPress, plugins, and themes for me?

Yes. Plans include regular updates for WordPress, plugins, and themes to keep your site secure and stable.

What are maintenance hours and what can I use them for?

Maintenance hours are included each month. Use them for content updates, troubleshooting, security fixes, database optimisation, and minor design tweaks.

Do unused maintenance hours roll over?

No. Hours refresh each month and do not roll over, except on the Evergreen plan where unused hours carry over.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan later?

Yes. You can change plans at any time. We adjust features and billing to match your new plan.

How do I renew my hosting plan?

Plans renew on your billing cycle monthly or yearly. If you are on our hosting, renewals are handled automatically. You can change or cancel before the next cycle.

What happens if I cancel my hosting plan?

We provide a full backup of your files and database and can help transfer to a new provider. All payments are non-refundable.

Do you provide monthly reports?

Yes. Reports cover updates, backups, performance, and key site details.

What is included in your hosting plans?

What is the difference between the Starter, Growth, and Evergreen plans?

Starter includes one maintenance hour each month. Growth includes three hours, priority response, and hosting costs. Evergreen includes unlimited hours, hosting and domain costs, and a 24-hour response time. Compare hosting plans in detail.

Can I keep my own hosting instead?

Yes. If you keep your own hosting, you handle updates, backups, and security. Our support without a plan is AUD 90 per hour.

What if I do not want a hosting plan but still need support?

We offer support at AUD 90 per hour for content updates, troubleshooting, and minor design changes.

Do you offer priority support?

Yes. Priority support is included in the Growth and Evergreen plans with faster response times than the Starter plan.
