2. Digital products

Our Starter Websites and templates are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products and the access provided after purchase, all sales are final.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong template, deciding not to use the product, or purchasing a product that does not suit your needs.

Please review the product description, inclusions and any software or licence requirements before purchasing.

4. Exchanges

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Please choose your Starter Website carefully before completing your order.

5. Payment plans

If a payment plan is available and you choose to pay by instalments, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. A payment plan does not change the refund policy or allow cancellation after accessing your digital product.

You authorise Evergreen Design Studio and our payment provider to process each instalment according to the payment schedule agreed to at checkout.

6. Technical issues

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact Evergreen Design Studio. We will assist with resolving issues relating to the delivery of your purchased files.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
