Before your VIP Day, we’ll complete all planning and preparation, so when the day arrives, our focus is entirely on designing, refining, and delivering your project.

What to expect throughout your premium project

Stage 01

Discovery & strategy

We begin by getting to know your business, goals, audience, and vision. Through a detailed questionnaire and strategy session, we’ll establish the direction for your project before any design work begins.

Stage 02

Brand identity

Using the strategy we’ve developed, we’ll create a brand identity that reflects your business and connects with your ideal audience. Through feedback and refinements, we’ll finalise every element before moving on to your website.

Stage 03

Website design

With your new brand in place, we’ll design a custom website that brings everything together. Every page is thoughtfully planned to create a seamless experience and guide visitors towards taking action.

Stage 04

Development & refinements

Once the design is approved, we’ll build your website on WordPress or Shopify. You’ll review the completed site, and we’ll make the final refinements before launch.

Stage 05

Launch & handover

After final approval, we’ll launch your new website, deliver your complete brand files, and provide training so you feel confident managing everything moving forward.

How is everything completed in one day?

Your VIP Day is only possible because all planning and preparation happens beforehand. Once your strategy, content, and direction are finalised, we dedicate the day entirely to designing and refining your project.

What do I need to have ready?

Before your VIP Day, you’ll complete a questionnaire and provide any required content, images, or business information. Having everything prepared allows us to stay focused on creating your project during the day.

Is a VIP Day right for me?

A VIP Day is ideal for businesses with a clear vision and a defined project scope. If your project requires extensive strategy, complex functionality, or a larger website, a longer service may be a better fit.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Your VIP Day includes two rounds of revisions throughout the day to refine your project before final delivery. Additional revisions are available at $90 per hour if required after your project is complete.

Can I update my website after it's launched?

Yes. If you’ve booked a Website VIP Day, you’ll receive a website handover so you feel confident managing your website yourself.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes. Every VIP Day includes two weeks of post-delivery support for any questions or minor adjustments. After this period, ongoing support and maintenance are available at $90 per hour.

Will I be involved throughout the day?

Absolutely. You’ll receive updates throughout the day and have opportunities to provide feedback at key stages, so you’re involved without needing to be available every minute.

What if my project isn't finished by the end of the day?

Most VIP Day projects are completed on the scheduled day because all planning is done in advance. If your project requires additional time due to changes in scope or extra revisions, a second VIP Day can be booked for $1,500 to complete the remaining work. We’ll always discuss this with you before any additional time is scheduled.

What platform do you build websites on?

Websites are built on either WordPress or Shopify, depending on your business and goals.

How do I book a VIP Day?
